Not a spot in sight.

"Mine", By which I refer to my "weeds" which appear annually, are Spotted Orchids. Referred to by me as "Spotty Dorchids".
(Go on, just say them both)
Along the "Clickety click" (The A66 twixt Penrith & Keswick) there grows a bank of orchids hard-packed, in fact virtually hexagonally close packed. Today we needed a run to the inlaws & outlaws with an assortment of presents. En route there I missed them, but spotted  a few of similar near by. On the way home I stopped to investigate, and found these, which I presume must be Early Purple - on account of being "spotless".
