The arch proponent

Delivered today - a new decorative arch for the garden. A bright spot in what until then had been a very difficult day of feeling totally crap with fatigue, taking an hour and a quarter to get home on a dysfunctional M25, and being wound up by the political situation which I am taking very very personally. 

Strangely, tonight I felt much much better - even managed a gym session - which is what makes this fatigue so disheartening, it fails to follow a pattern. I never know how I am going to feel tomorrow or even later today....
