Had a rubbish day for all sorts of reasons one being a horrible, bloody trip to the dentist. So when my friend Lorna text asking to go for a walk I said yes! We had a good chat about things and had a walk up to our park. Not been on one of these things (we refer to it as "the swingy thing") for a long time - it's much more difficult when your a grown up. You have to actually lift your legs off the ground. Anyway it was amazing how much "the swingy thing" and a walk with a good friend managed to cheer me right up
