Comfort Break

Day off work today, the plan was to go for a long run while Mrs RH was riding round the Preston Guild Wheel with some work colleagues.

At the last minute one of the cycling group had to drop out so I was drafted in as technical support and general navigator - I look at it as smartie points in the bank, the long run will wait for another day.

Today's blip shows the bikes resting while the riders took a comfort break at Brockholes Nature Reserve.
