Bread baking

Beginning of March of this year GowanGirl published a Challah. It is a bread with a lot of fast rising yeast. As all my bread baking efforts were not extremely successful, I wanted to try a bread that would finally rise! It succeeded well and this bread is one of four.
One I brought to our neighbors , two are frozen and one is for us. This bread is darker than the original as I used wholewheat flour. It is delicious with butter and blackberry marmalade .
The little towel was given to my mom 60 years ago by her teacher of physical education. The two were very close.
