Another red dahlia

Weather is getting more sunny and less overcast. C only has one more panel to put up to finish the fence screen for our firepit.

I was talking today to a colleague on her first day back after being off sick for a week when a very bithcy "Is this work related?" was thrown at us by our 23 year old team leader. It was a bit of a shock coming from someone who is rarely at her desk on a Friday afternoon, is on her phone througout the day and is forever chatting to those she feels worthy, whether they want to be chatted to or not. To make it more ridicilous she then spent the rest of the morning sticking white sheets on a wall to create a screen to watch the soccer on and spent most of the afternoon watching the soccer, being the only one who acurtally sat in front of the screen; the others sat at their desks and at least pretended to do some work. Seeing that both me and the colleage are leaving the company, one can only giggle, but if this is how she is going to manage her team things do not bode well for the future.
