Peregrine Life #11

A dull morning again but at least it wasn't raining today.
I wanted to see the peregrine family today as tomorrow we are off the the sunshine in Marbella for a week :-)))
This is the male adult peregrine. If you look at previous photos of the young you will notice the adults are distinguished by the yellow beak and the horizontal pattern of the body. The young have a vertical pattern and dark beak. It has been poor weather for the first week of freedom for the young birds but they look to be doing well. They stay close to home for the first few weeks and continue to rely on the adults bringing in prey.
