What a lovely surprise I got today. Daughter "flying" rang this morning to sée if I would like to go out for lunch with her and granddaughter E to which I agreed. At the appointed time they arrived to pick me up and with them they had granddaughter A who was home from Wellington for a few days. A came in with a bunch of beautiful pink lillies for me and a delicious chocolate cake she had baked for me this morning. We hadn't seen A for some time and P had kept quiet about her homecoming. Was so good to see her again and we three enjoyed a lovely lunch at Brick Mill cafe. A special time.
