Field of Stars

Stretched across an inky violet sky, a field of stars builds ever-changing constellations.  I'm completely amazed things are still blooming, now that we've hit the insane  heat of summer.  The forecasters are predicting 120F or more by the end of the weekend, topping our 117F streak of a couple of weeks ago.  At least the humidity hasn't ramped up already.
