Kiltie kiltie cold bum

There were plenty magnificent kilts on view this afternoon at the Stirling Military Show, a great day out for lots of families.

The sun shone too, which was amazing considering the dreich weather all week, and the crowds enjoyed the various displays from all sorts of (mostly) men in uniform.

I've added some of the participants as an extra - there's a gent who looks as if he's stepped straight out of Dad's Army, and the girls are part of a 40s-style troupe who sing and dance. I missed them on stage, but they were happy to pose, as was everyone I asked.
