In the garden today...

It seems that despite the awful weather this week, and the unreliability of my memory, this clematis has been in flower on this date, or at least this week for a number of years! A better day today with my brother and sister-in-law joining us for the weekend. We took a wee run up to Banff then back along the Buchan Coast which always inspires me, then home for a leisurely supper over a glass or two. Happy days!
