Patience

At church this morning the subject was 'The Fruits of the Spirit' (Galations c5v22&23). We were encouraged to take a pebble and think of this -
Take a stone. Feel how smooth it is. Look at the shape, the rounded corners. It took time for that to happen. Years of water washing over it, sometimes in a gentle trickle, sometimes as a torrent. Think of your life, times of gentleness and peace, times of torrent.

Thank God that He works all things together for our good.
