Second Strawberry

The second strawberry to ripen. This little plant has escaped from the bed and has rooted itself in between the slabs. I guess it may be the heat / reflection from the slabs that is ripening these strawberries first.

A visit to Hubby's dad and he seemed fairly bright today. A bit of a concern though as he has been climbing ladders to change the time on some of his clocks! He has also been doing a little gardening but he did forget to take the hoe in and it had been lying out for about three days.

Daughter has been at rehearsals all day so expecting her to be very peckish when she gets home.
