Coventry's hidden gems

This is the only remaining part of the Black Prince's former royal palace of Cheylesmore Manor which goes back to the 14th century. Such an impressive building amongst its modern companions. I'm very honoured to have stumbled across it, mostly out of curiousity.

I had an interesting time today (and now yesterday) preparing for volunteering on holidays with the Sense team. They work with people who have dual sensory loss amongst other complex needs so the holidays are catered towards a variety of people. Also met people who I know which was unexpected but such a nice surprise. Deaf-World did it again!

Went for a wander around Coventry to finish the day off and took a load of pictures...and learned more about Lady Godiva!

Extra: Priory Row...and a variety of houses. I think these ones were the 18th Century ones but could be mistaken.
