Fuchsia 'Paula Jane'

Another day with heavy rain, but at least the fuchsias are blooming and they look good after a shower. This one is 'Paula Jane', a really easy-to-grow variety. I have about ten different varieties of fuchsia and usually take cuttings each year. Watching them gradually grow through the winter, pinching out the growing tips to shape them and give them lots of flowers, is a lovely pastime during the short days of January and February.

For the record: 19C max, sunny spells and heavy showers.
