Just outside Shrewsbury

OB and I took the train north for a blipmeet just outside Shrewsbury with monkey. We had a delightful afternoon in the wheat fields, chatting and snapping. We sat and drank from our flasks under a beautiful oak tree where wild bees have a nest at the base of the trunk - they were zooming in and out like nobody's business.

So difficult to choose which photo to blip, but this (albeit imperfect) has to be the one because not only did I learn from monkey that this is Greater Knapweed (not so common), but also, on downloading it, I found there was a bug sitting upon it!
