Happily taking in the rays

On walking down my garden today I noticed something on my garden bench as I approached it flew up onto the hedge. So I stood and waited a while watching as the Robin flew back down onto the bench and started sunbathing. It really was enjoying the sunshine but then I'm not surprised after all the rainy days we have had of late. I was tempted to sit on the bench next to it.
