Looking up?

A busy day at work, then when I came home I started being violently ill.  About eight hours of vomiting, shivering and whimpering later I finally got some sleep.  I couldn't concentrate on reading or watching anything, and only just had the presence of mind to get a blip at all.

Let's hope today is going to be a better day.
