In Front Of The House

It's looking a little weatherbeaten now, but it still has something about it.  A bit like me really :-)

A quick post after a long day - have to get this done before we sit down to watch the football match between Germany & Northern Ireland.

It was interesting to note how empty the roads were on the way home tonight - lots of people heading home early to set for the game or going to one of the big outdoor screens (it's a very pleasant 24°C outside). And given how fast my bus driver was going, I suspect his shift finished at 5 and he wasn't going to be hanging around in traffic for anyone.
