Hoverfly on candytuft

Home again and there was even some sun here today. And the nigella flowers have opened :-) But right next to them in the pot are these pink candy tuft/ iberis sempervirens flowers (with thanks to Happycat for identifying the plant last week !) and there was a hoverfly coming to get some nectar. A summery close-up for an official summer's day with sun and rain. There's a feeling of expectation in the air as Belgium will have to win today to be in the finals.
