Walter

This morning while in the Sighthill area of Glasgow I stopped to take some shots before they demolished the Pinkston Drive flats. While there I got talking to Walter, the lolly pop man for St Stephen's Primary School. Walter told me he lived in the flats for 17 years and he really enjoyed life in the flats.

A quarter of Glasgow’s high-rises have been demolished in less than 10 years. The regeneration of Sighthill will include 800 new homes, student accommodation, education, transport and leisure facilities.
