Flying in

I was down on the allotment early this morning and decided to go back for my camera as the poppies were out, bees were buzzing around and there was also a heavy dew / mist.  I did take a shot of the rain drops on the fennel fronds but liked the poppy and bee one best.

We apparently had a very heavy downpour last night so with the misty start to the day I was wondering how a small group from our walking group were getting on.  They are walking the East Devon Way a distance of 38 miles in one day.  They started at 5.00 am in Exmouth and hope to finish in Lyme Regis by 10 pm.
