Ice Beach

Jokulsarlon beach on Iceland's southern coast. The huge pieces of ice broke of the Vatnajokull glacier and into the lagoon. They floated down a small channel and into the open sea where they were pounded by the relentless waves of the North Atlantic Ocean.  The 'Ice Beach' was littered with pieces of ice of all shapes and sizes and was constantly changing with each incoming wave.
