A scene of devastation

I don't bake that often and you can probably see why. Put me within ten paces of a bag of flour and the result looks like an out-take from 'White Christmas'. And don't even get me started on icing sugar.

Anyhoo, today I have made a carrot cake and some lemon and thyme mini cakes. The little cakes also have 175g of grated courgette in the mix, so I reckon if I have a slice of carrot cake and a lemon and thyme thingy that will contribute two of my 'five a day'!
