Bundaberg

The centre of Bundaberg with its First World War memorial and post office - much as the young Errol Flynn would have seen it on his visit here in the 1920s while stopping en route to Papua New Guinea (the tale is told in his book Beam Ends). But much of the rest of the city would now be unrecognisable to him (I'm a bit of an Errol Flynn obsessive after reading his autobiography My Wicked Wicked Ways - he wanted to call it In Like Me).
