This morning was spent with the Physiotherapist working on my knee. Fortunately the injection has helped but the supporting muscles have been put out of sorts. So I came away with numerous exercises to try and resolve the outstanding issues. Thank goodness biking is part of the therapy or I would not be a happy bunny!

This afternoon I was on two wheels again and returned to where I thought I had dropped my sunglasses. They were still there in the same place I had parked the bike to take a photo. At the same time spotted this flower. No idea what it is but I quite liked it.
