Construction Season

Zihuatanejo has many seasons - high season, low season, rainy season, big wave season, snowbird season, the list is almost endless. Today, I realized there is a construction season as well. There are eight different projects on the two kilometer road from the traffic circle to our beach turnoff. Most are new construction projects, but a couple are remodels. These are the condos where the roof burned New Year's Eve. During this year's construction season they are finally being repaired. I hope the remaining seven projects on our road proceed as planned, because Zihua doesn't need any more half-finished structures.
