Rain on poppies

Definitely in retirement mode today, I got quite a few things done but didn't feel in any rush to do them.
Got some things sorted for our holiday - and regretted not getting Euros earlier in the week but we'll now wait a few days and see how things go.
I didn't want to leave Europe, one reason being I didn't want the people advocating Leave to be in charge of the UK, I don't believe they will help disadvantaged areas in the way the EU has.
We went into town and there was a downpour - of course we'd gone without coats so browsed in Tiso's after doing our shopping.
Back home I looked for flowers with rain, 1 is today's main offering and another and extra.
