Toots has been my saviour many times. She helps keep me sane, drives me nuts and is generally a bon oeuf except when deliveries are made to the house then she turns into "Fluffy," Hagrid's little friend from Hogwarts.

Sunny day, boss is happy, dog is happy I'm happy.
