Peppers

Not nearly as hot as they might appear, a pair of peppers actually suffers from the heat.  I love shishito peppers!  They are usually mild/sweet and wonderful stir-fried and grilled.  And the occasional spicy pepper waits to surprise the taste buds.  Generally, folks prefer the green ones, but I like a mix of green and red ripe.  Unfortunately, the gold one in the foreground has been badly sunburned and won't be edible.  But there are plenty more on this plant.
