A Saturday Evening in Winter

Brandy and dry as
Ice cubes dilute French spirit
Mellow amber glow

It has been a wet, grey day and I used that as an excuse to sit by the fire and read my book.  For those in the blip book club I'm reading,  A God in Ruins by Kate Atkinson.  Very good and if it rains tomorrow I'll finish it. 
 
P.S I have been interested to read the comments in journals about the vote in Britain.  Interesting to see the range of reactions.  Another benefit of blip I feel.
