Chaos?

I read someone,somewhere, said Bristol has the most crowded roads of any city in the UK. Probably someone from  London which I would think has. Anyway this amicable little jam was resolved without voices being raised. Ok, its the only picture in the camera for this day so I chose to use it and make something out of nothing. But I haven't.
