On the platform. If you drop something onto the tracks you can inform one of the station staff. Personally I've never witnessed this done before.

One year has passed since I came back to Japan. Since then many things have changed around me but I haven't changed at all. This is not about the event, but about those who I care about. I'm always ready to be a help, like the staff in the sign; I'm still not very good at it though.
