Gulls at Play

Spent this afternoon walking around the Tayock end of the Montrose Basin. It is muddy rather than sandy (you can watch how people have been rescued from them on BBC Countryfile on 5th June on BBC iPlayer), and the Gulls were having a great time playing in the shallow waters - see my main blip.  That monster on the bottom left is actually a piece of driftwood! The Tayock part of the Nature Reserve is full of unusual trees and wild flowers specially planted by the Scottish Wildlife Trust and is a Paradice for birds, animals - including humans. There were lots of rabbits - mostly hiding away as you can see from my extra. My other extra is of the Tayock Beach which is on the North side of he Basin.  Have a nice weekend, Everyone:)
