Young Chaffinch

This young bird has been much in evidence in the garden but doesn't seem to have realised that it's not wise to keep still when potential danger approaches. Even Skittles was seen stalking it as it stood indecisively in her path. The parent birds appear occasionally with food but it's pretty much left alone. Fortunately it can fly so I'm hoping it will soon learn to fend for itself and wise up to danger.
