Dog Rose Macro

I was checking out the macro abilities of my new camera and decided to do a close up of the centre of this dog rose. I guess what caught my eye was the shadows of the stamens which appear to be dancing on the lower petals. I am also fairly pleased that dof for these close-ups is quite adequate
