Blue Spruce Cones. Leica/Lumix Macro-Elmarit 45mm

In the spring the Blue Spruce trees put out tiny little purple cones.  Spring must have come early in Bar Harbor this year since the cones have mostly grown considerably and lost their color.  I managed to find a cluster or two of the tiny ones.  Each is about 8mm in length.
