Mr. Toad

Hubby and I spent a good bit of the day in the front garden, tidying up and filling pots. This fine specimen was hiding behind one of the aforementioned pots. Lola and Louie's first experience of a live toad at close quarters! It's been a satisfying day at home and at the allotment. Fair took our minds off the dejection we've felt since the result came through on Friday morning.
