Water, rocks, trees, .........and geese

Launched the new boat (I’m calling her “the Swan”) this morning from the boat ramp at Montague Marine Park on Galiano.  Enlisted one nearby camper to help get her off the roof of the car and then it’s easy for the 2 of us.   Grey day but dry and calm.   Water, rocks, trees…. and NO newscasts!.....BLISS! !       Even happy to see so many of these geese so grown up ...


Extras..1) The boat ramp at the park.  A couple of kids on bikes were most interested in this boat.  I got to row as long as I wanted and poor H had to schlepp all the stuff back to the tin boat…  but he got his turn later (2nd extra) when the sun came out.    More bliss!
