Luronium

We filmed today with the Canal & River Trust as they transplanted lots of a rare water plant called Luronium (also known as floating water plantain) into the canal. Young people from a local school and a team from Chester Zoo worked hard to transfer new plants into containers too (for growing out of the water), so that more can be planted in the future.
