Today SS and I were leading a church service in Pontesbury. It's an older congregation but they're super lovely and very supportive of our work. Malesi's message today was absolutely brilliant. A super encouraging message of hope and solidarity. Delivered clearly and with just the right amount of hilarity. She was just brilliant and it was just the right message for today.

This afternoon it was my intention to run a half marathon distance (first since October) but the truth is that the rain put me off and I only managed 10km. Not everyone is cut out to be a hardy Northerner.
