a lifetime burning

Down by the seaside

Backblipped

Cathy and I had a lovely weekend staying with friends in Swanage.  We were all horrified by the referendum result, and it did rather dominate the conversation. Fortunately the good company beautiful scenery and a drink or two helped us all to start to come to terms with this new and unwelcome future that we now face.

A walk along the costal path saw guillemots, skylarks, buntings and stonechats.  I didn't take the long lens, given its weight and my recent back injury.  So I shall have to go back and do it all again at some stage in the future.  :-)

I had any number of choices for a blip, but in the end this fisheye shot of a chap feeding the gulls seemed somehow appropriate.
