is the hill in the background, it's not looking that impressive from this angle but it is 400m high. It's been a lovely afternoon after a showery morning, I couldn't resist the fluffy white clouds.

Made it to the gym this morning for double spin and a swim so rather pleased with myself. Did a quick trot around the shops then had the car washed this afternoon and visited my mum.

Now i'm making a (hopefully) delicious salmon and goat's cheese quiche from the Good Food magazine for dinner and am ready to settle into the evening Olympic viewing.
