Complete change of plans for today... Short version of a long story. Had an allergic reaction to the prep meds yesterday evening, operation cancelled.

Have spent today resting and recovering. I did manage to get out in the garden for half an hour, where temperatures reached the dizzying heights of 19 degrees! But the sun did shine, briefly, and it didn't rain!!
