RiverTweed

As usual it was sad to leave my infirm parents and the excited grandchildren. One of the highlights had been watching L in a football match and then playing the cello in the county Junior Orchestra. It was most enjoyable also to share in the activities of his siblings especially as we seldom see them.  Today it was time to return home and to a reliable wifi so I will try to catch up with my blips tomorrow.  This was taken from the car as we followed the infant River Tweed for several miles through the Border hills.

The answer to yesterday's extra is a bike.  The toucan's beak is made of mudguards, its tail are the brake grips, and its feathers are parts of inner tubes. It stands on handle bars with bike springs, pedal and a wheel rim.
