STOP backward - MM different angle

A question on the North Carolina driver's license exam requires you to be able to identify this octagonal sign as a stop sign. A picture is on the test without the post, otherwise much like the shot above.  This one is at the corner near my house and of course, is bright red with the letters STOP in white.  A different angle was today's theme.
