The Source - open for business

As mentioned by Paladian, we now have a brand new wholefood style/bulk food/health food shop at Mitcham. It is beautifully set out, clean and tidy - and the staff are a delight.  We offered to do their opening and PR photos for them at no charge, and they jumped at it.

Their range of products is fantastic with an emphasis on locally grown and produced items where ever possible, right through to quinoa from Bolivia alongside locally grown quinoa. A grain we love and eat regularly.

For those of you who may not have tried quinoa, here is some basic info.
"Quinoa is a species of the goosefoot genus, a grain crop grown primarily for its edible seeds. It is a pseudocereal, similar in some respects to buckwheat, rather than a true cereal, as it is not a member of the true grass family."
