Eider Ducks

Or dunters or Cuddy's ducks, depending where you live.  There are lots of lone females around at the moment, and they like to congregate on the bottom of the slip these mornings, for a bit of a doze in the sun!

Another beautiful day . . . I've not had legs this brown since I was a teenager!
