Stressful day preparing for an assessment tomorrow, not helped by the actions of someone who seems determined to undermine me.  It will come to a head on Thursday.

Attended my first board meeting of the charity BulliesOut in Cardiff tonight, as I am now a trustee.  An important position and one I’m looking forward to.  It’s good to give something back.

So Wales are the only British team left in the Euro2016 football tournament, as England crashed out 2-1 to Iceland.  Sorry my English blippers but it is quite funny.
