In Bruges

We spent the day in Bruges today and I have to admit that it is one of my favourite cities. It has such a lovely charm to it and the architecture is just beautiful. We had the obligatory waffle before going on a boat tour and then wandering around for a bit. We had lunch in a little courtyard off the main square called 'De Plantenmarkt' (not 100% sure). It was getting very hot by this point so we went to a little chocolate shop called Dumon and got a chocolate box before the Oil & Vinegar shop where dad stocked up on a lot of things he needed from there. Afterwards, we decided to just take a walk back to the car and head home. We called in at a shop near to home and the temperature read 33 degrees celcius at 16:30 in the afternoon. It was horrendously hot - definitely not the type of heat I am used to!
